Custom Order Process

ARMOHI provides customised outfits based on your selected design, fabric, measurements, and styling preferences. Customers may share references, requirements, and details before confirming the order.

Once all details are finalised, the custom order will be processed for stitching and preparation.

Measurements & Design Approval

Customers are responsible for providing accurate measurements and design details. ARMOHI will create the outfit based on the information shared.

Any changes requested after order confirmation may not be possible once production has started.

Order Confirmation

Custom orders will be confirmed only after:

• Design finalisation
• Measurement confirmation
• Fabric selection (if applicable)
• Advance payment (if applicable)

Once confirmed, the order moves into production.

Production Time

Customised outfits require additional time for stitching and finishing. Delivery timelines may vary depending on design complexity and order volume.

Estimated production time will be shared during order confirmation.

Cancellation Policy

Customised orders cannot be cancelled once production has started. Since each piece is made specifically for you, cancellations are not allowed after confirmation.

Return & Exchange

Customised clothing is not eligible for return, refund, or exchange. These items are made according to your personal preferences and measurements.

Returns may only be accepted in case of:

• Wrong product delivered
• Major manufacturing defect

Minor Variations

Slight variations may occur in:

• Fabric shade
• Design placement
• Handwork detailing
• Measurements (minor tolerance)

These variations are normal in customised clothing.

Customer Responsibility

Customers must:

• Provide correct measurements
• Review design carefully
• Confirm all details before placing order
• Share requirements clearly

ARMOHI is not responsible for issues caused by incorrect details provided by customers.

Communication

All custom order discussions should be completed before confirmation. Once approved, changes may not be possible.
