Returns
We accept returns for eligible products within 3 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition with tags and packaging intact.
Items that are damaged due to misuse, worn, or altered will not be eligible for return.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Customised or made-to-order outfits
- Altered or modified products
- Items purchased during sale or clearance (if applicable)
- Used or worn products
- Products without original tags
Since customised clothing is made specifically for you, it cannot be returned or exchanged.
Exchange Policy
We offer exchanges only for:
- Size issues (ready-made products only)
- Defective products
- Wrong item received
Exchange requests must be made within 3 days of delivery.
Refund Policy
Refunds are processed only after the returned item is received and inspected. Once approved, the refund will be initiated.
Refunds will be issued via:
- Original payment method, or
- Store credit (if applicable)
Refund processing time: 5–7 business days
Damaged or Wrong Product
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with:
- Order number
- Product images
- Issue description
Our team will resolve the issue quickly.

Shipping for Returns
